  • Matching clients with candidates based on technical skills and cultural fit.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Zorion website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Submit false or misleading information in hiring inquiry forms.
  • Attempt to access restricted areas of our systems without authorisation.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our website.

4. Hiring Inquiries

By submitting a hiring inquiry, you authorise Zorion to contact you regarding your staffing requirements. Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a binding contract for services. A formal engagement agreement will be provided separately before any staffing work commences.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zorion website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Zorion or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Zorion does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zorion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Zorion in the 12 months preceding the claim.
